A great way to end summer with a spring triathlon that is a family endeavor. Lisa took on the sprint competing as an individual whiel Brooke and Nathaniel were a team ( Nathaniel Swam and Biked, Brooke Ran).

USAT Age Group National Championships 2012, Burlington VT

Burlington is a beautiful place to visit in the summer and an awesome place to have a triatlon. A wavey swim in Lake Champlain, a bike around Burlington and a run as well.  A well deserved trip after four years of qualification since 2008. 

The swim was a challenge, very wavey and a strong windy to stir the water.

A we all know transition can be a busy place!

We travel as a team.

To top off our trip a ride on the ferry.
